2 Tomatoes, Diced
4 oz Fresh Mozzarella
6-8 Fresh Basil Leaves, Chopped
Mix well and enjoy. Makes 2 servings.
1 Large Garlic Clove, Minced
3 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
1/8 Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
Put mixture into a small container with a tight lid and shake well. Makes enough for 2 salads.
